Muhammad Hayyat as-Sindiy (arabcha: محمد حيات سنڌي; 1750-yil 3-fevralda vafot etgan) – Usmonlilar imperiyasi davrida yashagan islom olimi. Tasavvufning naqshbandiya tariqatidan edi[8][9][10].
Taʼlim
As-Sindhiy hozirgi Pokistonning Sind viloyatida tugʻilgan. Ilk taʼlimini shu yerda olgan[11]. Keyin Madinaga hijrat qilib, Ibrohim al-Kuroniy va uning oʻgʻli Muhammad Tohir al-Kuroniy bilan taʼlim oldi[12]. Bu yerda u naqshbandiya tariqatiga kirishgan[11].
Taniqli talabalari
Uning shogirdlaridan biri Muhammad ibn Abdulvahhob boʻlib, u bilan hijriy 1136-yilda tanishgan. Abdulloh ibn Ibrohim ibn Sayf uni Hayyat as-Sindiy bilan tanishtirgan. Sindiy Ibn Abd al-Vahhobning teologik qarashlarining shakllanishiga va uning islohotchilik gʻoyalariga kuchli taʼsir koʻrsatgan[13][3].
Qarashlari
Hanafiy mazhabida taʼlim olgan boʻlsa-da, hanbaliy mazhabining olimi ham edi[14]. As-Sindiy 18-asrda hadis ilmlariniqayta jonlantirgan katta alloma sanaladi. Sindiy oʻzining barcha risolalarida ijtihod amaliyotiga rioya qilishning zarurligini taʼkidlagan, taqlidni qoralagan, salaf as-Solih taʼlimotlarini qayta tiklashga chaqirgan va hadislarning oʻtmishdagi fiqhiy qarashlardan ustunligini asoslab bergan[15].
