Meropleon ambifusca — Newman's brocade nomi bilan tanilgan, Tunlamlar oilasiga mansub kapalak turi.[1][2] Turni Newman 1948-yilda tavsiflagan. U Shimoliy Amerikada uchraydi.[2]
Meropleon ambifusca uchun MONA yoki Hodges raqami 9428 hisoblanadi.[3][4] Konnektikut shtatida u alohida muhofazaga muhtoj tur sifatida ro‘yxatga olingan va ro‘yxatda uning nomi Meropleon ambifuscum shaklida keltirilgan.[5]
