English: Door from Hasbey Darülhuffaz of Konya from the Princeship of Karaman period, 14th century AD.
Though the name now seems to be "İnce Minare Taş Eserler Müzesi" or Museum of stone objects (in) the Madrasa with the slender minaret" at the time of some of my visits there were also wooden objects, most of them shutters of windows, doors and the like. They would show fine woodcutting in often geometric patterns. I present them here. Most I could identify, some not. |
