"For the first time since the Council began holding sessions in the new City Hall there was a silk American flag at the right of President Bonelli on the rostrum, and a silk city flag bearing the city seal. Councilman Ingram announced that these flags were borrowed from the police department, but that Sunshine Post of the American Legion is having made a silk American flag and a silk city flag.
