Català: Escut de la Font de la Reina, Alt Millars (País Valencià): «Escut quadrilong de punta redona. En camp de gules, una font d’or, amb sortidor d’atzur. Per timbre, corona reial oberta.» Aprovada per Resolució de 17 de gener de 2002 (DOGV núm. 4.192 de 18/02/2002). Els colors són els que hi apareixen al annex IV del Decret 72/2015, de 15 de maig (s'han aplicat les instruccions del CHV <1>).
Español: Escudo municipal de Fuente La Reina (País Valenciano, España): «Escudo cuadrilongo de punta redonda. Sobre campo de gules, una fuente de oro, con surtidor de azur. Por timbre, corona real abierta.» Aprobado per Resolución de 17 de enero de 2002 (DOGV núm. 4.192 de 18/02/2002). Los colores son los que se indican en el anexo IV del Decreto 72/2015, de 15 de mayo (se han aplicado las instrucciones del CHV <1>).
