Deutsch: Das Grabscheit ist dem Wappen der Augsburger Patrizierfamilie von Ostheim entnommen, die von 1386 bis 1490 als Grundherren im Ort nachweisbar sind. Der Abtstab weist auf die Kirchenpatrone St. Martin und St. Ottilia hin. Die Pfarrkirche ist den Heiligen Martin und Nikolaus geweiht, die Gruftkapelle der heiligen Ottilia, die oft mit einem Äbtissinnenstab dargestellt wird. Der Wellenbalken symbolisiert die durch den Ort fließende Wertach. |
