Deutsch: Das Symbol hat die Form eines um 90° gedrehten Großbuchstabens „H“. Das Gemarkungszeichen basiert auf einem Siegel aus dem Jahr 1709. Ähnliche Symbole wurden auch auf Grenzsteinen von Dörfern oder Grundstücken verwendet.
English: The symbol is shaped like an initial "H" turned 90°. The local symbol (German: Gemarkungszeichen) is based on a seal from 1709. Symbols like this one were also used on borderstones of villages or land parcels.
