English: Bogustan or Bog-i Ston (Alternatively Baghistan) is located in the Bostonlyk district of the Tashkent province, in the southeast of the Charvak Reservoir at 960 m a.s.l. of western extremity of the Koksu Ridge (West Tien Shan). Practically Bog-i Ston nestles among verdure ashore Pskem River where it flows into the Charvak Reservoir. Bog-i Ston is Tajik for "Land of orchards". Русский: Богисто́н (также Богустан) — посёлок в Бостанлыкском районе Ташкентской области Узбекистана, к северо-востоку от Чарвакского водохранилища, на высоте 960 метров на уровнем моря, на западном склоне горного хребта Коксу (Западный Тянь-Шань). Поселок расположен среди зелени на берегу реки Пскем, в том месте, где река впадает в Чарвакское водохранилище. В переводе с таджикского Богистон означает «земля садов». |
